Loyalty Transaction Rejected With Error SBL-LTY-5028 Partner Account Debit (PAD) Not Defined (Doc ID 2713452.1)

Symptoms

 Transaction Processing failed with below error in log file LoyEngineBatch_XXX_XXXX.log , LOYReal_XXX_XXXX.log - 

STEPS

=====

1)Setup Loyalty program , setup point types , partner and Promotions.

2) Create Loyalty member under Admin - Members >> Member List Applet 

3) Create Transaction under Sub Tab >> Member Transaction View 

4) Submit Transaction for processing by setting to Queued status 

 

Changes

 Changes could new partner added or point type not defined.
