Loyalty Transaction Rejected with Error SBL-LTY-50281

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While processing transaction by Loyalty Batch Engine or Realtime Engine , task will be exited with error SBL-LTY-50281 and transaction processing fails with Rejected-Engine Status.
The below error is seen in the LoyEngineRealtime_* or LoyEngineBatch_* log file:
1)Setup Loyalty program , setup point types , partner and Promotions.
2) Create Loyalty member under Admin - Members >> Member List Applet
3) Create Transaction under Sub Tab >> Member Transaction View
4) Submit Transaction for processing by setting to Queued status
Changes could be new partner added or point type not defined.
