When Doing Quote to Order Through Channels API CfgStateCd Value Is Set to Null on the Attribute Line Item (Doc ID 2713487.1)

Symptoms

The following issue was reported with Quote to Order functionality in Order management module:

 

When doing Quote to Order from UI,  the CFG_STATE_CD column is filled with "Engine Picked Item"  in the line item attribute table (S_ORDER_ITEM_XA).

When doing Quote to Order via SOAP UI , the CFG_STATE_CD column in S_ORDER_ITEM_XA table remains NULL.
