Pick Applet / MVG Icon Distorts When Zoomed Using Firefox Browser

Symptoms
On : 15.6 [IP2015] version, Client Functionality
While using Firefox browser to launch the Siebel Application, On horizontal scroll of the form applet, it is observed that the pick applet icon moves along with the scroller back and forth
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application using Firefox browser
2. Navigate to Service Request Screen
3. Observe that the bottom form applet has the MVG field "Owner"
4. Observe that the placement of the MVG icon is correct
5. Now zoom in the browser so that the scroll bar appears at the bottom form applet.
6. Now use the scroll bar to move around and observe that the icon also moves
