Siebel eConfigurator Session Getting A Random Account Id (Doc ID 2714184.1)

Symptoms

When launching eConfigurator from Orders, a random Account Id is selected and populated into the Product "Account" Attribute.

Before launching eConfigurator, the "Account Id" attribute for the Product was "1-8NEL8".

When launching eConfigurator, the "Account Id" Attribute is changed to "4-EC7OT00. 

As a consequence, the Order Line Item Attribute is shown as below:

Name               Value                        Action

Account Id        4-EC7OT00               Modify
