Siebel Approval Manager (SAM) - Workspace Delivery Not Getting Delivered and Status in SAM Application is not Getting Updated. (Doc ID 2714462.1)

Symptoms

The Workspace is not getting delivered from SAM and the Failure status is not getting update in SAM.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to SAM as a Approval Manager.
2. Drilldown on the WS which is in Pending Delivery status
3. Approve and Deliver the Workspace.
