InactiveWFs Is Not Setting Inactive Property To TRUE For Any Workflows On the Repository, But Repository Has Lots of Unused Workflows (Doc ID 2714523.1)

As part of Siebel CRM 20.8 Update installation, the InactivateWFs needs to be executed as indicated on Siebel CRM Update Guides and Release Notes (Doc ID 2382435.1) > 20.7: Update Guide and Release Notes > Release Notes/Known Issues >Recommendation: Run InactivateWFs before running Installer and finalize the Siebel CRM 20.8 Update installation, before running Installer and finalize the Siebel CRM 20.8 Update installation.

After executing the InactiveWFs program, when logging into Siebel Tools to check the workflow processes, none of the workflows has Inactive flag set to TRUE.

The Siebel Deployment uses only a couple of workflows, so the expectation was to have most of the standard workflows not being used will have the Inactive flag = TRUE and only the couple of workflows used will have Inactive flag = FALSE.



Installing Siebel CRM 20.8 Update on currently Siebel CRM 18.12 Update.
