Symptoms
As documented in the following knowledge document, JBSLogLevel = 5 was added to <ses>/applicationcontainer/webapps/configagent.properties.

But siebeljbs_x.log under <ses>/applicationcontainer/log does not have any detail information when REST Outbound is called.
