Activity Plans Created At Site Management > Activity Plans View Are Also Visible In Regions (Doc ID 2717141.1)

Symptoms

Activity Plans created at Site Management > Activity Plans are also visible in Regions when creating it from a drilldown from Regions > Sites > Activity Plans

It is expected that Activity Plans created at Site Management > Activity Plans are not visible at Regions > Activity Plans

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Created a Program, Protocol, Site, Region, Activity Plans for Type = Clinical Site and Type = Clinical Region

1- From Regions Screen > All Regions, drilldown in Region field "USA"

2- It goes to Regions > Sites view - drilldown on Site "SN Site"

3- It goes to Site Visits View

4- Go to Activity Plans view tab (You are now in Sites)

5- Create a record and choose Template "SN Act Plan Region" and Description: "SN Act Plan from Region > Site"

6- Go to the Region > All Regions and drilldown in "USA"

7- Go to Activity Plans view tab

Result: The ------- Template "SN Act Plan Region" and Description: "SN Act Plan from Region > Site" ----------- is displayed and this is NOT expected since this was created from Sites

8- Now go to Site Management > Sites

9- Drilldown on Site and go to Activity Plans

10- Create a new record

Template "SN Act Plan Site " and Description: "SN Act Plan from Site"

11- Go to Regions Screen > Regions > drilldown on Region and from Sites drilldown on Site and go to Activity Plan.

Result: The ------- "SN Act Plan Site" and Description: "SN Act Plan from Site" IS DISPLAYED which is NOT expected

12- Go to Regions Screen > Regions > Activity Plan

Result: The ------- "SN Act Plan Site" and Description: "SN Act Plan from Site" IS NOT DISPLAYED as expected
