LoyEngineBatch Crashes and Goes to Offline Status When Processing Buckets

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The LoyEngineBatch component starts all the Tasks as expected.
When it starts processing the Transactions, the component stops and goes to the Offline Status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Loyalty Engine Batch on the server
2. Create Loyalty Transactions and set status of records as Queued
3. Monitor the status of Loyalty Batch Engine Component
