Symptoms
Constraints not working properly after upgrade
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Product Configuration:-
1. Create Attribute Details as below and release all the attributes
a) Attribute Name : InterfaceType
Values : 10g Base
10g Base1
20g base
20g base1
30g base
30g base1
b) Attribute Name : Bandwidth
Values : 10
20
30
c) Attribute Name : NTEChassisOption
Values : Single
Double
Triple
d) Attribute Name : application_name
Values : App1
App2
2. Create Product Class : Test Class
and add all 4 attributes under the class
release the class
3. Create customizable Product "Test Product" and update Class "Test Class" on the product
Add constraint as below
Configure Attribute default values as below
InterfaceType = 10g Base
Bandwidth = 10
NTEChassisOption = Single
application_name = App1
release the product
based on these constraints,
in case of the attribute Bandwidth = 10 AND the attribute NTEChassisOption = Single) AND the attribute application_name = App1 it will allow only below two values for attribute InterfaceType
10g Base
10g Base1
Scenario :-
1. Create Sales Order
2. Add "Test Product" in line items
3. Launch the eConfigurator
Open the InterfaceType attribute dropdown
below InterfaceType attribute values should display in red
20g base
20g base1
30g base
30g base1
All the values available and displayed in black
Same scenario working fine after manually changing all the attribute once
