Visibility Drop downs are not visible if the startup view is set as Account Funds - Fund Details in home page
1) Login to Application
2) Navigate to user preference >> Behavior
3) click startup view filed and choose view which has visibility dropdown
5) click on pick button > Logout and login back
6) once you login >> first view will be startup view which you set and check for visibility Dropdown
