Merge Records Menu Item Disable Although Property No Merge = False (Doc ID 2720155.1)

Users are not able to use Application Menu> Edit > Merge Records in Contact List View, when select two contact records in the Contact List Applet, when they go to application menu Edit > Merge Records... the option is disabled and can not be used.

User expect to be able to merge 2 different Contact records in Contact List View after selecting the two contact records in Contact List Applet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Click on Contacts screen
3. Go to My Contacts view
4. On Contact List Applet select 2 contact records that you want to merge.
5. Go to Application Menu > Edit and try to select option Merge Records.. the option is disabled.
