HTTP 500 Message and Registry Connection Errors in Siebel 20.6 for Object Manager (Doc ID 2720491.1)

Seeing intermittent behavior with service discovery failure cloudgateway.log and HTTP 500 message in the Application Interface logs. Restart of the Siebel services is required to restore the connection.

Following is seen in cloudgateway.log

CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.ServerDataWatch:

org.apache.zookeeper.KeeperException$NoNodeException: KeeperErrorCode = NoNode for /SvcDiscovery/<enterprise>/SCCObjMgr_enu###<server_name>/PID_XXXXX


CSSRegistryConnectionMgr::GetConnection - Registry connection not available.
NameServerLayerLog Error 1 000002b15fd239fb:0 2020-12-10 08:42:12 Gateway Registry read failed: Registry connection not available.
