Siebel Migration Application Sends Server Busy Error While Pressing Get Workspace Details in Source Environment (Doc ID 2721037.1)

When attempting to run an Asynchronous Incremental Repository Migration, the package name and the watermark file name are provided in source environment, but when  the button GET WORKSPACE DETAILS  is pressed, SMA sends Server Busy error.

1. Create the watermark file in the target environment and move it to source environment;
2. Start the migration application and run an asynchronous incremental repository migration plan;
3. Enter the package name and the watermark file name;
4. Press GET WORKSPACE DETAILS and it fails;
