Browser Hangs Intermittently - HTTP Trace Indicates HTTP 502 Error (Doc ID 2721285.1)

Symptoms

Users are reporting intermittent browser hangs. It was found a HTTP 502 error while tracing using Fiddler 2 Tool.

The session was correlated to the Siebel OM session that eventually got timed out due to inactivity. In this case the browser session lost the connectivity to the Siebel OM session.
