Symptoms


Exporting lists from within Campaign Management Screen Hangs. This only happen when the number of contacts to be exported is more than 1000 contact records.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Administration – Campaign Management
  2. Query for “Medicare Watch Mailbox Email”
  3. Drilldown -> Execute -> All Contacts
  4. Export all rows.
