Symptoms

Assignment Manager component crashes intermittently due to huge numbers of records in the Employee Skills table

The behavior is reproduced with following steps:

1. Enable Assignment Manager component

2. Create new assignment rules, employee and employee skills

3. Intermittent crash noticed in Assignment Manager component
