Symptoms

In Siebel 20.7 and below versions, custom headers can be passed in the proxy business service for the Outbound REST call as input arguments without any errors or issues.

After applying patchset 20.8, when invoking the Outbound REST call to an external system, a custom header called Authorization is being passed as an input argument. When passing the customer header, an error occurs:
