DeDuplication Business Service 'Value Match Method' Returns The Same Matching Score

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running the DeDuplication Business Service > Method 'Value Match', it returns the same Matching Score of 89 no matter which matching field parameters are being passed.
The following tests were executed:
1 - Logon to the Application and navigate to the My Contacts View
2- Have the following duplicates created in the UI:
SMITH, JOHN, email@example.com Score: 89 ROW_ID 1-1KNCH
SMITH, JOHN, firstname.lastname@example.org Score: 89 ROW_ID 1-1KNC0
SMITH, JOHN, email@example.com, <address2> Score 87 ROW_ID 1-1KNDP
3- Run the Business Service via Business Simulator:
