DeDuplication Business Service 'Value Match Method' Returns The Same Matching Score (Doc ID 2723696.1)

When running the DeDuplication Business Service > Method 'Value Match', it returns the same Matching Score of 89 no matter which matching field parameters are being passed.

The following tests were executed:

1 - Logon to the Application and navigate to the My Contacts View

2- Have the following duplicates created in the UI:

SMITH, JOHN, jsmith@<mail_provider>.com, <address1>                       ROW_ID 1-1MPZS

SMITH, JOHN, jsmith@<mail_provider>.com                          Score: 89   ROW_ID 1-1KNCH
SMITH, JOHN, jsmith@<mail_provider>.com                          Score: 89   ROW_ID 1-1KNC0
SMITH, JOHN, jsmith@<mail_provider>.com, <address2>      Score 87     ROW_ID  1-1KNDP
Note that the Score of 87 does have an Address

3- Run the Business Service via Business Simulator:
