IP 17 Log Reader Utility Not Working (Doc ID 2723881.1)

While trying to use log reader utility to fetch particular error for component it does not display any result and throws below error

logreader> query query_name where component = eMedicalObjMgr_fra and literal = 'SBL-DEV'

  Component with name "eMedicalObjMgr_fra" could not be found.
  Assuming that the parameter entered is the component short name
  defined by the Siebel Administrator.(SBL-LFA-00128)
