Symptoms

The Output when running "FS Holiday API Service" Business Service > Method: "GetElapsedBusinessTime" depends on the Time defined in the Schedule.


1- Go Administration - Schedule and create a Schedule Calendar:

Mon    8:30 - 5:30
Tue     8:30 - 5:30
Wed    8:30 - 5:30
Thu    8:30 - 5:30
Fri      8:30 - 5:30

2- Make sure the User Time Zone is the same as being used in the Business Service Argument.

3- Go to Administration - Business Service > Simulator and simulate the Business Service:

Service Name: FS Holiday API Service
Method Name: GetElapsedBusinessTime

Input Arguments:

Start Time: 09/23/2020 16:00:24
Schedule Time Zone: (GMT+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi
End Time: 09/23/2020 17:17:24
Calendar Id: 1-XNJV
Time Unit: Days
Output: Business Time =  1
