VerifyError Keyword Is Not Verifying the Error Message In Non ENU Language Applications (Doc ID 2725157.1)

Symptoms

VerifyError keyword verifies the error messages that appear in application.VerifyError Keyword is evaluated to True when the Error Message matches with the string value.

In this case,VerifyError is evaluated as 'TRUE' even though the error message does not match with the string value in Non ENU Language Applications

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Application with Non ENU Lanugage(Example:DEU)
2. Enable Test Automation for the compponent
3. Navigate to Release Screen ->Test Scripts View
4. Create new record with Test Script name
5. Drilldown on the record and nagvigate to test script detail view
6. In the Test Script steps ,use VerifyError Keyword to evaluate the error message.Following is the sequence of events

7.Execute the Test script using the 'Play' button on the Test Script Form Applet

9.Test Script Execution evaluates to True at VerifyError step although error message is not same as the string value
