Error SBL-DAT-00144 and SBL-DAT-00222 On Inspect Workspace

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to use Inspect functionality, users are getting an error.
Error in UI:
1. Create a new workspace
2. Make a small change any Applet
3. Using the Client, open the workspace from the WS Explorer
4. Press the Inspect button and navigate to the view containing the changed object
5. Error is seen
