Logging Into Siebel Migration Application Displays Error And Views Do Not Show Any Data Applying PatchSet 20.10 (Doc ID 2725491.1)

After applying patchset 20.10 on top of an existing Siebel SES instance on versions 20.2 – 20.9, when logging into the Migration Application, an error occurs and the views are not displaying any data.

1.  After logging into Migration Application, the following dialog box shows up with an error:



2.  The Connections View does not show any data, the view is blank:



3.  Click on the Migration Plans view, the following dialog box shows up with an error:



4.  The Migration Plan view does not show any data



5.  The same error and blank view displays when clicking on the Execution View and/or the History View.
