Created On date Showing blank in Help--> About Record for Account Entity in all Environments

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to account screen
3. Select a particular record
4. Select Help--> About Record for the same record
Observe that the Created On date Showing blank
