Siebel IP 2017 - SARM utility: SessionId information is missing in csv output

Symptoms
In Siebel IP 2017, SARM utility does not capture the SessionId for Application Object Manager. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable SARM for Siebel IP 2017 with below settings: SARMLevel 2, Granularity Level 2, SARMClientLevel 2.
2. Navigate anywhere in application until the SARM files are generated.
3. Convert SARM data in csv format
4. Review the output. SessionId column is blank
This issue was not present in previous version of Siebel, like IP 2015.
Changes
Update Siebel from IP 2015 to IP 2017 PS 20.10.
