Siebel Target Failing To Load in Migration Connections Tab For Async Migration And Siebel Migration Application Login Fails With Internal Server Error Upon Login Post Performing Production Upgrade (Doc ID 2729571.1)

Symptoms

The Async Migration for Target Environment did not show up under connections in the Migration Application. Upon analysis, when trying to login to the Target environment (that was freshly upgraded using Prod mode upgrade), the login failed with 500 Internal Server Error.

In the migration.log, below errors were seen:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Prod upgrade using schema.ddl and custrep.dat from DEV environment on IP2017 and later
2. Setup Sandbox and Target environment for performing migration
3. Check to see if the migration application shows connection for both environments and Siebel Migration Application is accessible in both source and target
