Siebel Approval Manager Returns "No Data Found" Error when Retrieving Bug Details (Doc ID 2730765.1)

Symptoms

Customer is integrating Siebel Approval Manager(SAM) with Bugzilla following Overview of Siebel Approval Manager (SAM) (Doc ID 2493884.2).

Bugzilla and REST API were set up successfully but Siebel Approval Manager returns "No Data Found" error when trying to get bug details from UI. 

 

From tomcat logs Siebel Approval Manager triggers bellow SQL statement and returns "No Data Found" Exception and shows 500 error.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform configuration according to Doc ID 2493884.2.
2. Try to get bug details
3. Above Error is seen
