CTI Toolbar Throw Error "Failed With Invalid Device Identifier" Due To Agent Password Autofill In Chrome Browser

CTI - Failed with below Error -
"Error: err 1151, ('Invalid device identifier')"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Agent profile under Communication -> Agent General profile View -> Agent General Profile Applet
2. Check Passwords auto populated while create new record
3. Click CTI Toolbar to check calls for Agent
