Default Currency Changed From USD, But Not Reflecting (Doc ID 2734214.1)

Symptoms

Default currency changed from USD to, for example, SAR, and it is not reflecting at UI level.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Siebel Application
2. Go to Accounts > Accounts List > More info > Currency Field
3. Currency Field is set to USD instead of SAR
