Siebel IP16: BarCode Scanning Set Field Is Not Working In Call Center UI

On Siebel Call Center Application, when Scanned a Barcode using a Barcode Scanner, which is a set of 2 numbers, there is a tab at the starting of each of them [e.g. " 77885500 77885510"].
As the tab is at the starting, placing cursor on one field previous to that and scanned. The tab sequence are improperly working, as a result, the numbers are not getting set to the desired fields
[e.g.Field 1 got " 77885", Field 2 got "50077"].
From Serial number is a required field.Please enter value for the field (SBL-DAT-00498)
