Errors SBL-DAT-00227,SBL-DAT-00471,SBL-DAT-00472 With Missing LOV Type ACCESS_RESOURCE_TYPE After Running IRR (Doc ID 2734940.1)

Customer is seeing a application crash on FINS Object Manager after running IRR migration. During IRR migration they observed that a number of LOV TYPEs are being updated with value 1 instead of 10000 in WS_MAX_VER column of S_LST_OF_VAL table. FINS Object manager was working earlier with multiple IRR migration performed in the environment.

Following errors logged in the FINS Object Manager Comp log file:

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000003a5fb60928:0 2020-11-19 15:09:51 Your current application is running in ENU language and the seed data LOV of type ACCESS_RESOURCE_TYPE name BUS_SVC cannot be found in the database for that language. This is most likely that the current database was not created with ENU seed data. Please make sure the database contains seed data for the language in which your application is running. Note that this issue would prevent your application to run properly.

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000003a5fb60928:0 2020-11-19 15:09:51 (acrscengine.cpp (1040)) SBL-DAT-00472: Generic SSA NOTOK error message.

ObjMgrBusCompLog Warning 2 0000003a5fb60928:0 2020-11-19 15:09:51 (sqlobj.cpp (53585)) SBL-DAT-00471: Invalid operation when not executed.

CchMgrLog CchMgrAcsInfo 4 0000003a5fb60928:0 2020-11-19 15:09:51 Item [Global Resource Key] is loaded into cache [BusinessSvcProcAccessControl].

ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000003a5fb60928:0 2020-11-19 15:09:51 (model.cpp (4323)) SBL-DAT-00227: Unable to create the Business Service 'Web Engine Interface'
