Test Script Keyword VerifyValue Fails With Error java.lang.NullPointerException For Some Languages (Doc ID 2734988.1)

The VerifyValue keyword custom step fails, the Test Script Report show the follow error for the step:

java.lang.NullPointerException

The same Test Script works fine in ENU language, but it fails in Siebel Application using NLD language.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Record a Test Script, save, generate and import it on Recording Panel.
Add a step to use keyword VerifyValue at Release > Test Script
Use a NO ENU language Siebel Application such as NLD or FRA to play the Test Script
The Test Script Report show it fails in VerifyValue with error java.lang.NullPointerException
