Object Managers Drop Down is Empty While Trying to Update / Create AI Profile with Error "ZKServiceDiscoveryResource:Internal Server Error" in Cloudgateway.log (Doc ID 2736201.1)

Symptoms

While trying to update existing AI profile or create new AI profile, object managers drop down is showing empty.This is happening with already deployed environment and here steps:

STEPS:

--------

1. Installed IP17 and patch it to 20.10 and did upgrade DB.

2. Configured Siebel enterprise & Applications and system was working fine.

3. Now, trying to add new applications for existing AI profile, but object managers are not showing in drop down, all siebel servers are up and running including components. Application is accessible without any issues.
