Getting SBL-DAT-00381 Identical Record Error On Service Request Update

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Do any change on Service Request and save the record throwing error intermittently.
A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists.
If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Service Request List Applet under Service Request screen
3. Do any change on Service Request and save the record throwing error intermittently
