Symptoms
When customer opens the promotion pick applet in eConfigurator or a product is added to a quote, the performance is poor
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customise a product
2. econfgiurator opens
3.Select a promotion pick applet (the product set up need to include this pick applet)
4. Promotion pick applet takes a while to open
The issue also occurs when adding the same product to a quote
