Inbound EAI calls are intermittently dropped by F5 LTM device

After upgrading the F5 LTM device from version 184.108.40.206 to version 220.127.116.11.0.201.5, all inbound EAI calls are intermittently getting failed with the given below error

See the following error: [ERROR] 2020-11-27 22:04:05.973 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-1] EAI - com.siebel.swsm.handlers.EAIHandler:setErrorResponse Error occurred while processing Siebel Response. Check logs for more info.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EAI using 4 AI servers balanced by F5 LTM device version 18.104.22.168
2. Upgrade the F5 LTM device to version 22.214.171.124.0.201.5 and observe that AI servers are having issues
3. Make the F5 transparent and note that the issue is no longer observed.
Upgrade of the F5 LTM device from version 126.96.36.199 to version 188.8.131.52.0.201.5.
