Workflow Instance Admin View Don't Show Any Records (Doc ID 2738913.1)

When the user navigates into Administration - Business Process > Workflow Instance Admin to review or resume the workflow instance. For some reason none record is displayed for any old or new workflow instance record as shows in the screenshot below:




Step to Reproduce the issue:

1. Siebel Tools, I have created a new Long-Running WF(WF LR Test) with Auto Persistence mode with the details steps below:

a. Start > Wait(10 Min) > Siebel Operation(Query Contact) > End.


2. In Open UI and simulate the Long-Running WF(WF LR Test) and then logoff.

3. Login back into the application and go to Administration - Business Process > Workflow Instance Admin and not record are showing.

4. When query the record directly into DB, a new record was created but for some reason still not display Workflow Instance Admin View.
