Blank Page for Db URL After Adding Proxy Server Details In AI Server.xml (Doc ID 2739384.1)

Symptoms


After setting up reverse proxy details in AI server.xml, Database url does not work and gets blank page. The below error is observed in UI.log

[ERROR] 2020-12-17 15:18:19.854 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-1] UI - com.siebel.swsm.connmgr.SessionConnectionMgr:createNewSession Unable to create session : Error ocurred while trying to re-establish connection with server The connection pool is empty and no connection could be created.(SBL-JCA-00310)
[ERROR] 2020-12-17 15:18:19.854 [https-jsse-nio-9001-exec-1] UI - com.siebel.swsm.sessmgr.UIConnectionModule:getSession Unable to retrieve a connected session. : Siebel Property provided in AI Profile is incorrect. Provide valid value for this property
