ECalendar Detail Applet "Save" Button Performance Issue

Symptoms
Clicking on eCalendar Detail Applet "Save" button executes a query without the Employee ID condition which leads to performance issue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Calendar screen (Select the 3rd Calendar view: "HI Activity Calendar View"")
3. Create a new appointment
4. Drilldown on the same, it takes it to detailed view.
5. Make some change to the Start or End Time on the "eCalendar Detail Applet"
6. Click on Save This One.
7. Check the logs.
The sql does not include Employee Id in the WHERE clause.
