DDLSynch is Failing with Error "ORA-00904: "T"."OWNER": invalid identifier" (Doc ID 2740005.1)

While performing ddlsynch or apply/activate from tools, it is failing with error "ORA-00904: "T"."OWNER": invalid identifier".

This is POC database in which migrated SIEBEL user related data from working environment and while performing DDL sync facing the issue.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install binaries
2. Create new DB and copy all users from working environment to new database
3. Run dev2prod process

4. ddlsynch is failing
