New Views Are Not Displayed When Opening the Integration Workspace (Doc ID 2740571.1)

Symptoms

New view is not displayed in parent INT WS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
-----------------------
1. Create a new Integration WS and a Child DEV WS
2. In the DEV WS add a new View ( Clone an existing one from Contacts Screen - make sure to rename the clone, not the original ), and name it "Test View"
3. Add
it to Contacts Screen
4. Deliver the DEV WS
5. Open the INT WS, and add the View to SADMIN's Responsibility; make sure to clear the cache
6. Log out
7. Log back in
8. Open the INT WS > View is NOT there
    Open the DEV WS ( delivered one ) > View is there
    Open again the INT WS > View is there
