IP2017: Unexpected timeout warning pop-up at user relogin in Siebel Application Object Manager

Symptoms
Session timeout warning pop-up is displayed immediately at user relogin into the Siebel Application Object Manager.
The message is:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login in to Siebel Application Object Manager.
- Staying idle for more than x minutes, where x is the time set for application session timeout;
- Session timeout warning pop-up is displayed. Click “OK”. After that the login page is displayed.
- Login in to application with the same user id and password. Immediately after login Session timeout warning pop-up is coming.

A. Apply Patch: 31819275 - 17.0.0.0 23073 interim patch for bug 31779685
B. Deploy AI (Application Interface) profile with below timeout settings:
