Marketing Email Template Preview Opens in Application's Browser Tab (Doc ID 2740948.1)

It was reported that after upgrade to 20.2 version when user tries to preview a marketing email template by pushing button "Verify and Preview", the preview of the treatment will be open in the same browser tab as application. Therefore user needs to login back to application.

Behavior was reproduced internally in a environment with Windows operating system and it was not reproducible in a 20.2 environment using Solaris OS. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install and configure esd marketing daemon as per Bookshelf (Installing and Configuring Email Marketing)

2. Start esd service

3. Login to siebel application and navigate to Offers -> Treatment templates

4. Push New file and add a simple html file (e.g a notepad file saved with extension html)

5. Select All Offers view and create a new offer, and a new treatment of type email. Drill down on the treatment and in the Email templates add the template created in step 4

6. Push button "Verify and Preview" then push Ok in the next popup applet. The preview of the treatment will be open in the same browser tab as application
