IFrame Not Rendering As A Result Of Chrome Bug (Doc ID 2741108.1)

Symptoms

There is a known defect from Chrome side, version: Chrome 87.0.4280.66, where IFrame is rendering as a blank page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-----------------------
1. Open the Siebel Application
2. Navigate to the location where the IFrame should be displayed
3. The IFrame in the bottom applets is displayed as a blank page.
