IP17 Key Object Managers Are Not Online After Changing The Hostname On Siebel Server (Doc ID 2741945.1)

Symptoms

    After executing below steps to change Host Name on Siebel Server Key Object Managers are not online.
    1. Login to SMC
    2. Navigate to Settings
    3. Check - I understand that removing the Gateway will remove all profiles and deployments registered with the Gateway and remove the Gateway services
    4. Click Remove Gateway
    5  RESTART Services
    6. Create New GATEWAY
    7. CREATE Gateway and Security Profile
    8. CREATE Enterprise Profile
    9. CREATE Server Profile

Below Errors can be found in Log_from_creation_of_Server_xxxx.txt

Error creating Parameter:EnableSIDataLossWarning for Comp:SSEObjMgr_enu in CompGroup:Sales
Strict Flag set to FALSE, continuing with the next Object...

Error creating Parameter:EnableSIFocusTracking for Comp:SSEObjMgr_enu in CompGroup:Sales
Strict Flag set to FALSE, continuing with the next Object...
