Applet User Property "Show Required" Does Not Display Red Asterisk In Siebel version 20.x (Doc ID 2743286.1)

Symptoms

Applet User Property "Show Required <n>" does not display red asterisk next form applet control label.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Tools select the Opportunities applet
2. Add user property "Show Required n" for fields Account and Lead Partner
3. Test the behavior and observe the fields become required but the read asterisk is missing
