"Server is Busy" Error When Accessing Siebel Client Applications From AI Servers In Different Domains (Doc ID 2743314.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to access application from two of the four AI servers which are in different domain, the following error occurs.

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties.


1. Setup environment with multiple servers and 4 AI servers in this case
2. Server is up , can be accessed from the 2 AIs that are on the same domain
3. However, cannot be accessed from the AIs that are on another domain. SMC can be accessed fine
