LoyEngineBatch Component Does Not Startup Successfully And Show As "Running" Upon Restarting Component With TLS Enabled For CommType Parameter (Doc ID 2743343.1)

When attempting to start the Loyalty Batch Engine (LoyEngineBatch), it starts and shows only as "Running" and the component logs show below errors:

GenericLog GenericError 1 0000000c5fb62b08:0 2020-11-19 10:54:01 (smimtreq.cpp (439) err=1376290 sys=0) SBL-SMI-00034: Intern: Fehler (null) beim Lesen der Meldung vo

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup Siebel application with Loyalty
2. Make sure Loyalty Batch Engine is setup with CommType setup as TLS
3. Kill the Loyalty Batch Engine component and restart the component to see if it shows up as "Running" upon startup
