After installing Siebel version 20.12 and trying to run PostInstallDB utility in Development/DR environment this process hangs and does not complete.
In "siebdevcli.log" file the following warning message appeared several times:
Same "siebdevcli.log" file contained the following message:
The only change was to install Siebel version 20.12.
